We welcome your help in providing a daily meal for the hungry as the cold weather approaches. You can select a slot to cook, prep, and serve now through December 31. There is a Thanksgiving day meal sign up as well. We are grateful for your support!

Since Gov. Beshear has advised Kentuckians to follow the CDC recommendations regarding mask-wearing indoors and many area businesses are requiring the practice, we will also require that all volunteers and guests wear a mask indoors. We will have masks available if you don't have your own. We appreciate your cooperation in this important matter. Thank you again for your support of our mission.

We are pleased to announce that the Louisville Health Department will be administering the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine in the Br. Jim Fields Dining Room on Monday, May 24, from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. If you have not yet received the vaccine, you are welcome to come that day to receive the one-shot dosage.

The Franciscan Kitchen will not serve our daily meal on Thursday, February 18 due to inclement weather.

Once again, our decision to open the Kitchen on Thursday, Feb. 18 will follow the one made by Jefferson County Catholic schools. Check the local news broadcasts for the latest information. We will post our status here once we find out.
